CitiAc Management Consultancy Limited was founded in November 1985 and incorporated in Hong Kong by Peter Cheung, a highly respected Hotel Financial Controller who has career spans over 30 years, having worked with KPMG Peat Marwick, The Mandarin Oriental Group, The Peninsula Hong Kong and The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong. In 1993 Peter left The Ritz Carlton Hong Kong to devote his efforts in developing his own company. In 1999 F & B Accountancy Limited was formed specializing primarily and catering to independent restaurant operators’ accounting needs. In December 2007 CitiAc Management Consultancy (Shanghai) Limited was set up in Shanghai to serve those clients of bars, restaurants and hotels there.
